Cabinet Maker

Our client is a large recognized leader in trade shows advertising industry. Operating since the 1980’s they have expanded their services across 50 countries and have over 200 full time employees. They have worked with many of the top recognized brands such as Lexus, Samsung, Coca Cola, Nike, Ebay Inc and many more.

They are seeking a Cabinet Maker to join their team.

Responsibilities:

– Build custom designs of commercial projects from conception to completion

– Work with variety of materials including solid wood, wood substrates, HPL, adhesives and specialty materials as required

– Assemble cabinets, counters and wall panels

– Laminating, skidding and fitting out crates as required

– Staging of new or refurbished client properties

Requirements:

– 5+ years of cabinet making experience

– Able to lift 50lbs

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Able to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and work well with others

– Experience in museum trade shows or event industry an asset

– Strong attention to detail

– Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings

– Knowledge and experience in operating power tools

Compensation:

$20 – $25/hour
