Job description
Our client is a construction management company that has over two decades of experience. Specializing in corporate construction, they have successfully completed hundreds of projects within the GTA that range from office build-outs and executive floor renos to boardrooms and multi-floor washrooms.
They are seeking an Junior Site Supervisor to join their team.
Responsibilities:
– Assist Project Manager in coordinating trades
– Supervise site when Project Manager is away from site
– Ensure safety compliance with tradesmen
– Liason with building and client staff in a professional manner
– Maintain cleanliness of jobsite
Requirements:
– 3+ years related experience
– Own transportation to and from sites and/or office
– Blueprint reading capabilities
