Sales Manager

Our client is a medium sized company who is partnered with the largest network of Certified Basement Waterproofing contractors across the US and Canada. They offer services in basement waterproofing, foundation repair, concrete leveling and crawl space repair. Their products have been used in over 200 thousand basements since 1987 and have experts offering high quality up-to-date products.

They are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

– Supervise all processes and personnel of the Sales Department

– Formulate and establish proposed course of action to remain the best and most successful in the industry

– Enhance efficiency within the company

– Increase company revenues

Requirements:

– Minimum of 5 years experience in sales and marketing management

– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relative field

– Knowledge and experience in construction and foundation systems

– Proficient computer skills

– Strong written and oral communication skills

– Excellent leadership qualities (ability to motivate, guide and direct a sales team)
