Job description
Our client is a mid – high end custom home builder offering full services from design and build construction through to project management. They have developed various properties and completed countless home remodels across the GTA for over a decade
They are seeking a Working Site Supervisor to join their team.
Responsibilities:
– Perform genera onsite construction work
– Perform warranty service/repair work
– Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in construction
– Supervise onsite construction activities
– Ensure high standards of safety and quality workmanship
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience working on a construction job site
– Strong oral and written communication skills
– Own tools and valid driver’s license
– Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
