Handyman / Maintenance Worker

Our client is a large, recognized leader in real estate management services. They have set the standard within their industry and provide a complete spectrum of client’s real estate needs including facility management, operations and maintenance and energy and utility management.

They are seeking a Handyman/Maintenance Worker to join their team.

Responsibilities:

– Performing routine maintenance and repairs on federal government buildings and facilities

– Completing general carpentry, minor plumbing, and minor electrical work

– Monitoring assigned facilities by conducting facility walkthroughs

– Providing excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

– 3+ years of experience in maintenance/building operations

– Good working knowledge of general carpentry, minor plumbing, and minor electrical

– Available for a rotating on-call schedule
