HVAC Technician

Our client is a large, recognized leader in real estate management services. They have set the standard within their industry and provide a complete spectrum of client’s real estate needs including facility management, operations and maintenance, asset management and energy and utility management.

They are currently seeking a HVAC Technician to join their team.

Responsibilities:

– Performing regular facility maintenance and repairs on federal government buildings and facilities

– Conducting inspections of all types of HVAC equipment

– Monitoring assigned facilities by conducting facility walkthroughs, equipment and system monitoring

– Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

– 3+ years of related experience

– Valid HVAC license

– Good working knowledge of heating and cooling operations of commercial equipment

– Available for a rotating on-call schedule
