- Enter expenses and invoices into QuickBooks
- WSIB submission
- Assist company with developing in house administrative processing
- Assist with creating scopes of work, material ordering, etc.
- Other duties assigned
- Administration experience in a construction company
- Experience using QuickBooks Software
- HST/source deduction knowledge in considered an asset
- Proficient in Excel and Word document
- High attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good customer service skills
