They are seeking an Office Manager/Receptionist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

- Answer phone calls, emails, invoicing, filing and other clerical duties

- Schedule appointments and manage calendar

- Issue, input and follow up on leads

- Perform sales calls and customer surveys

Requirements:

- 2+ years of relevant experience

- Excellent organizational skills

- Strong communication skills

- Able to work well with other staff members
