Project Administrator / Customer Care Rep

Our client is a fast growing, medium sized construction company that specializes in the custom building, renovation, restoration and remodelling of residential and commercial properties. They have a reputation for providing high quality work and were ranked on Greater Toronto's Top 50 Employers for three consecutive years.

They are seeking a Project Administrator / Customer Care Rep to join their team.

Responsibilities:

- Continuously review projects to ensure all key performance indicators are being met and that all tasks are completed

- Review, update and return all inbound leads from Home Depot customers

- Schedule meetings for estimator and follow up with customers after pricing has been submitted

- Update all sales funnels as required

- Provide updates to Project Managers and Estimators regarding projects that require attention and/or approaching deadlines

- Correspond with internal stakeholders, clients and customers in a professional manner

Requirements:

2+ years experience in an office environment

- Computer skills required: Word, Excel, Outlook

- Typing speed 50WPM
