We are currently seeking a Junior Recruiter/Staffing Agent to join our team.
Responsibilities:
– Create and post job advertisements
– Review resumes and qualify in accordance with position
– Screen, qualify and refer candidates
– Coordinate and manage job fairs on belalf of agency
– Conduct safety training seminars
– Direct staffing takeoffs for temp positions
– Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
– Human Resource related field of study
– Experience in cold calling, sourcing and screening active and passive candidates
– Experience negotiating contracts and employment offers
– Highly self-motivated
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Exceptional customer service skills
– Knowledge of and passion for the construction industry
