Security System Technician

Our client is a nationally recognized leader in fire and security solutions. For over 20 years, they have been providing excellent services designed to meet the specific needs of each customer in fire detection, fire sprinkler systems, fire suppression, integrated security system and nurse call systems.

They are currently looking to hire a Security Technician to join their office in Mississauga, and working mostly throughout the GTA.

Responsibilities:

– Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Access Control and CCTV Systems

– Read blueprints and schematic drawings

– Liaison with Account Managers, GC, and Clients

Requirements:

– Knowledge of either ProWatch, Lenel or AMAG access control systems

– Knowledge of either MaxPro, Milestone, ONSSI, Verint, Open Eye or Salient and/or other CCTV Systems

– Knowledge of Keyscan, IEI, S2 or other access control platforms is an asset

– Solid understanding of IP networks

– Familiar with installing and troubleshooting electrified door hardware is an asset
