Cabinet Finishing Manager

Shift:

Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM

$25.00-$32.00/hour + Benefits

About the Company:

Our client is a busy and growing manufacturing company that offers high-quality craftsmanship in custom cabinetry for your kitchen and baths as well as custom wall units, closets, offices, mud rooms and laundry rooms. Located in Brampton, Ontario they are currently looking to add an experienced Finishing Manager to work diligently alongside a team of experts in the fine cabinetry industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day finishing activities ensuring that projects are delivered in a timely-manner
• Lead team of sanders, prepping staff, and spray painters
• Maintain an excellent rapport with all the management, clients, contractors and suppliers
• Commitment to customer satisfaction
• Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines and regulations at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have experience in custom wood cabinetry: painting, staining and colour matching
• Experience as a Finishing Foreman/Manager is an asset
• Excellent planning and communication skills
• Deadline-oriented and a team player
• Ability to organize and work in a fast-paced environment
