Carpenter / Service Technician

Our client is a residential new home developer that has been operating for over 60 years. Meeting the clients and homeowners with town-homes, detached, semis and custom homes, they have set the standard in exceptional building standards and customer service.

They are seeking a Carpenter/Service Technician to join their team.

Responsibilities:

– Meet with homeowners in a professional manner to determine and investigate listed deficiencies

– Complete all required of warrantable items per Tarion guidelines in a timely manner

– Construction tasks including but not limited to framing, drywall, trim installation, etc.

Requirements:

– 5+ years related hands on residential construction experience

– Strong knowledge of repairs and trades such as drywall, painting, tiling, carpentry and basic plumbing and electrical

– Sound knowledge of Tarion and Construction Performance Guidelines

– Valid Driver’s License
