They are seeking a Flat Roofer to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair or replace built-up roofing systems
• Repair or replace single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
• Install sheet metal flashings
• Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
• Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools
• Set up scaffolding to provide safe access to roofs
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience installing flat roofs on commercial structures
• In-depth knowledge of new installs, replacements and repairs to commercial roofs
• Valid drivers license with clean abstract
• Valid Working at Heights Certification
