About the Company:
Our client is a successful contractor specializing on concrete construction, building restoration and construction management. They are seeking a motivated Estimator with a minimum of 3 years experience in the concrete and restoration field.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates for construction projects as per drawings and specifications
• Communicate with suppliers and customers on pricing
• Deliver tenders
• Liaise with clients and potential clients for site evaluations and measurements
• Office management
• Other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in estimating
• Experience in the building restoration/concrete construction industry is considered an asset
• Construction estimating experience is a must
• Able to read and interpret blueprint drawings and specifications
• Ability to travel to site locations occasionally and meet with clients
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient is Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word
• Driver’s License with a reliable vehicle
