Construction Site Foreman

Our client is a highly reputable General Contractor that specializes in residential and commercial renovations and custom design & build projects. Operating and servicing the GTA for over ten years, they have expertise and experience to complete any design or renovation project desired from conceptual drawings through to fine finishing details.

They are seeking a Construction Site Foreman to join their team.

Responsibilities:

– Supervise commercial and residential construction projects

– Lead a team in meeting construction schedules

– Actively participate in the hands on work as well as direct and coordinate activities of employees

– Manage safety, quality and productivity of work at sites

Requirements:

– 3+ years of relevant experience in the field of commercial and residential construction/renovations

– Ability to understand and read construction drawings

– Understanding of construction methods and ability to handle multiple projects and tasks

– Good conflict resolution, leadership and customer service skills
