Our client is a busy and growing manufacturing company that specializes in kitchens, bathrooms and custom cabinetry. Operating for over 50 years, they are a recognized provider and an award-winning company with an excellent reputation of providing top-quality products to their customers.

They are currently seeking an experience Finishing Shop Supervisor to join their dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day activities ensuring that products are delivered in a timely manner
• Lead and manage a team of sanders and spray painters
• Liaise and coordinate with clients , contractors and suppliers
• Adhere to Health and Safety Guidelines at all times
• Other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Experience in custom wood cabinetry
• Experience as a finishing foreman is considered an asset
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
