About the Company:
Our client is a leader in creating innovative design concepts for both commercial and residential properties. For over 30 years they have been providing top notch service to all of their clients. They are expanding at a rapid pace and are seeking a labour foreman to join their team at their build in Downtown Toronto.
Responsibilities:
- Work with and oversee general labours on construction site
- Take direction from site supervisors and complete assigned tasks
- Operate bobcat to assist with construction tasks
- Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools
Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a foreman on construction sites
- Must be able to operate a bobcat
- Valid drivers license with clean abstract
- Must have all personal protective equipment, working at heights, WHMIS and traffic control
