Material Handler / Deliver Driver

$19.00-$22.00/hourly + Company Benefits

Our client is a successful leader in the sign industry for over 35 years!  Offering a number of services in sign installation services , they have become a proven leader in their trade and have created marketing tools across North America and the Caribbean. They are rapidly growing and are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Deliver Driver to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Operate vehicle to deliver products
• Assist the materials team with cycle counting and storing product in designated locations
• Act as a backup for receiver during absences and when workload is demanding
• Load and unload material in a safe manner
• Conduct pre/post vehicle inspections and enter in daily log
• Maintain clean and tidy vehicle
• Follow installation instructions and verify accuracy in the install
• Communicate effectively with team and customers
• Adhere to Health and Safety policy and procedures
• Other duties assigned

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in operating a cube truck and/or pull trailer
• Valid Driver’s License with a cleaning driving abstract
• Valid Forklift Operating License
• Able to lift and carry 40lbs
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be team oriented, reliable and punctual
• Customer service experience is an asset
