About the Company:

Our client is a leader in the custom metal fabrication industry. They have been successfully operating for over 20 years servicing the areas of commercial, residential, and institutional markets and apply their focus on staircases railings, ornamental metal works, and miscellaneous metals. Their team consists of blacksmiths, certified welders, specialized fabricators, and expert craftsmen.

They are seeking for a Fabricator to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Fit, weld, and install components according to dimensions
• Safely operate manual and semi-automatic welding equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints of welding process specifications
• Perform daily operator maintenance checks on equipment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as a Structural Steel & Misc. Metal Fabricator
• Strong knowledge of railing beams, stairs, and miscellaneous items
• Working at Heights & WHMIS certifications are an asset
• Driver’s license is an asset
• CWB Tickets are an asset
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
