Job description

Our client is recognized as North America’s leading distributor of porcelain, limestone, aluminum, mosaic, ceramic, and marble tiles. They have been operating for over 25 years with offices and showrooms across Canada.

They are currently seeking for a Office Logistics Assistant to join their team in Toronto, ON.

 

Responsibilities: 

– Responsible for assisting the logistics department to ensure orders are processed

– Responsible for receiving and placing calls to customers

– Review invoices and quotations

– Maintain accuracy of tracking shipping status and/or shipping errors

– Other administrative tasks as required

 

Requirements:

– Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience; warehouse environment experience preferred

– Prior experience in logistics and paperwork processing (asset)

– Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team

– Excellent computer and communication skills
