They are continuing their growth and are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman/woman to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Attending site visits as required with estimators or sales staff to provide technical knowledge for the estimate
• Notifying the PMs/Sales staff if OT is required to complete scheduled work
• Create a positive relationship with workers, customers, engineers, sub-contractors and suppliers
•  Install, repair and maintain plumbing fixtures and support systems.
• Attend/contribute to weekly or biweekly meetings & provide monthly labour forecasts
• Locate and mark position of pipe connections, holes, and fixtures, as well as inspection and testing pipes for leaks.
• Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing and cut holes to accommodate pipes and fittings, as well as measure, cut, bend and thread pipes in place
• Join pipes with couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, or cement
• Ensure the scope of the work is completed as per the quote, drawings, specifications and budget
• Ensure all workers on the jobsite are following company policies and procedures
• Repair, service and maintain plumbing systems or fixtures intendancies

• Instructing apprentices & managing manpower and preparing jobs for field workers
• Excellent customer service skills & ability to be a team player/promote teamwork in the team

Requirements:

• Licensed 306A Plumber with 5 years of experience
• Valid Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record
• Commercial and Hi-Rise condo experience preferred
• Must be tech savvy, as well as lift up to and including 50lbs
