Production Labourer

About the Company:

Our client is a premier builder of natural landscape playgrounds. They design, build and install playgrounds all around the GTA using natural materials. They are expanding and are currently seeking production labourers to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Follow Health and Safety policies
• Following directions from supervisors and executing tasks
• Blueprint reading
• Using power tools to build playground components
• Pickups and deliveries
• Working in a team environment and meeting production deadlines
• Helping with organization of the shop
• General Housekeeping

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience of using hand tools
• Minimum 2 years experience assembling hard goods
• Previous experience in woodworking is considered an asset
• Previous experience in carpentry is considered an asset
• Ability to lift at least 70 lbs repeatedly
• Valid G license with clean abstract
• Ability to read and follow assembly plans
• Superb organization skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to run construction/ landscaping machinery
• Chainsaw experience an asset
