About the Company:

Our client is a large and recognized leader in the retail signage industry. Operating for over 20 years, they provide design, fabrication and installation services for commercial sectors like grocery stores, beverage manufacturers, restaurants and pharmacies across Canada and the US.

They are seeking a Program Manager to add to their team!


  • Act as a main liaison between clients and the production team
  • Oversee campaigns and projects coordination from briefing & development, quoting, planning, production, installation, and shipping
  • Perform estimates including gathering and testing
  • Put together production dockets and files
  • Lead colours based on client’s request
  • Collaborate with installation manager regarding installation schedules and make sure materials are on track
  • Schedule and coordinate material deliveries with the installation team
  • Prioritize workload and allocate different requests with the team
  • Support store and location profiles with attribute information
  • Meet with internal teams for new projects and briefings
  • Establish an efficient and effective management of client’s assets and inventory
  • Responsible for invoicing and ordering (e.g., additional billable charges, KPIs)
  • Participate with planning team on all out of scope, large and rush projects to assure manufacturing capacity and job scheduling and planning
  • Participate with innovation team for special projects and facilitate innovation projects through production
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure a continued relationship with new and existing customers
  • Keep a clean, safe, and sanitized work environment
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 5-7 years experience in a similar role and environment
  • Degree or Diploma in Graphic Communications
  • Experience in in-store marketing execution and digital print process and substrates
  • Strong industry experience in inventory management systems, installation processes and creative workflows
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suites
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, team player and punctual
  • Valid Ontario License and own vehicle
