Job description

Our client is a fast growing, medium sized construction company that specializes in the custom building, renovation, restoration and remodelling of residential and commercial properties. They have a reputation for providing high quality work and were ranked on Greater Toronto’s Top 50 Employers for three consecutive years.

They are seeking a Project Administrator / Customer Care Rep to join their team.

 

Responsibilities:

– Continuously review projects to ensure all key performance indicators are being met and that all tasks are completed

– Review, update and return all inbound leads from Home Depot customers

– Schedule meetings for estimator and follow up with customers after pricing has been submitted

– Update all sales funnels as required

– Provide updates to Project Managers and Estimators regarding projects that require attention and/or approaching deadlines

– Correspond with internal stakeholders, clients and customers in a professional manner

 

Requirements:

– 2+ years experience in an office environment

– Computer skills required: Word, Excel, Outlook

– Typing speed 50WPM
