Job description
Operating for nearly two decades, our client is a full service Construction Management and General Contractor specializing in ICI new construction, renovations, capital improvements, restoration and remediation work. They service both public and private clients and have completed numerous projects in areas of hospitality, education, legal/law offices & courts, healthcare and other commercial offices.
They are looking for a Project Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities:
– Manage daily coordinating activities
– Coordinate and support preparation of tender submissions
– Produce project logs, contract changes, trades costs, purchase orders and project expenses
– Produce quotes, schedules and other project documentation
Qualifications:
– 3+ years of relevant experience as a construction Project Coordinator or Administrative Assistant
– Strong oral and written communication skills
– Strong computer skills including using estimating software
