About the Company:

Our client is a Canadian-owned company that has been operating successfully for more than 20 years now. They are suppliers and specialists of wall manufactures. In addition, they are specializing in modifying, remodeling, and refinishing of wall systems ranging from hotels, schools, buildings, offices, to government institutions. They are growing at a rapid pace and are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Support Project Manager in delivering projects on -time, on budget and to specification
• Update project logs and schedules and communicate to  team to ensure project closing times are met
• Report to Project Management team status of outstanding items and develop action plans to execute
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Communicate with general contractors and colleagues during construction projects
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction management environment
• Valid Driver’s License with clean abstract
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well with diverse team
• Computer proficiency including use of Microsoft Office, Bim and Cad
