Job description

Our client is a fast growing medium sized construction company that specializes in the custom building, renovation and remodelling of residential and commercial properties. They have a reputation for providing high quality work and were ranked on Greater Toronto’s 50 Top Employers for three consecutive years by the Toronto Construction Association.

Our client has an immediate opening for Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.

 

Responsibilities:

-Answer, screen and direct phone calls

-Greet and direct internal and external visitors

-Tend to daily mail, faxes and couriers; collect, consolidate and distribute incoming and outgoing paperwork

-Maintain office inventory, supplies and equipment

-Creat appointments for sales with customers

 

Requirments:

-2 years minimum in a receptionist/administrative role

-Excellent customer service skills

-Strong communicatino skills and good command of the English language (oral,reading and writing)
