Skilled Trades Agency is a recruitment and staffing agency that specializes in construction, manufacturing and engineering.  STA services the top construction, manufacturing and engineering companies in the Greater Toronto and surrounding area. We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Full life-cycle recruitment
• Create and promote job advertisements
• Maximize candidate experience
• Source and recruit using proactive methods including social media and networking
• Schedule and dispatch staff to assignment projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience
• Full cycle recruitment experience
• Proven relationship development, communication and advisory skills
• Strong interviewing, assessment and negotiation skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Highly self- motivated
• Ability to work independently with little supervision

Assets:

• Knowledge of construction industry an asset
• Human Resources related field of study
• Sales experience is considered an asset
