Our client is a recognized leader in the Residential Heating and Air Conditioning Industry providing services across Vaughan, Richmond Hill and surrounding areas. Operating for over 20 years, they have been successful in providing their customers with superior quality of service, excellent end results and meeting deadlines every time.

They are rapidly growing and are seeking a Sales & Install Co-ordinator to join their team!

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the team
  • Coordinate the Sales Team – ensuring sales quotas are met and supporting the management team
  • Updating administrative records and maintaining records of the team opportunities and possible sales leads
  • Providing daily and weekly sales reporting and other reports/invoices in a timely manner
  • Liaising with Key departments and teams to ensure that Installs are completed in a timely manner (Planning / Installation / Operations and Inventory)
  • Developing timelines for technicians to achieve targets & delegating task to team members
  • Working with managers and technicians to implement changes
  • Training, coaching, mentoring technicians to develop and improve processes
  • Managing the work schedules and timecards of all staff
  • Acting as the main point of communication/contact between the field and the office
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • A background in sales, project management, or a related field may be advantageous
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales capacity
  • Strong/proven sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills accompanied with good time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge and technical experience within the HVAC Industry would be an asset
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a strong ability to develop effective relationships with team, internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize workflow to ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer skills required. Sales Force knowledge is preferred
