About the Company:

Our client is a large and fast growing HVAC and Plumbing company servicing the High-Rise, Multi-Residential, Commercial and Industrial Markets in Southern Ontario. They find energy efficient solutions and deliver in a cost-effective way.

They are currently looking to add a Senior Plumber with 5+ years of experience to their dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Respond to service calls and assess the concern
• Maintain and service plumbing systems and components
• Test and replace defective equipment
• Ensure accuracy and completion of assigned tasks and projects
• Participate in construction projects involving plumbing changes and/or additions
• Train and mentor Plumbing apprentices
• Keep detailed and accurate maintenance reports and documentation
• Maintain a working knowledge of changes in technology, compliance and repair techniques
• Other duties as Assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience working as a licensed plumber (306A)
• Experience working in the high-rise and/or commercial sector
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Experience with routine maintenance operations
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Possesses a strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management, project management and leadership skills
• Possesses the ability to be a great team player
