About the Company:

Our client is a large and fast-growing HVAC Company servicing the High-Rise, Multi-Residential, Commercial and Industrial Markets in Southern Ontario. They find energy efficient solutions and deliver in a cost effective way.

They are currently looking for a Senior Quoting and Purchasing Coordinator to join their fast growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate and complete quotations
• Gather pricing data and send quotes to clients
• Follow up with customers and technicians, track inventory, maintain detailed filing systems and assist accounting team with invoicing process
• Purchase products once quote is approved by customer
• Review competitive product cross-referencing and maintain competitive pricing data
• Other quoting/purchasing duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience within the HVAC services industry
• Solid quoting and purchasing experience
• Sound analytical thinking, planning, time management, and execution skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Effective attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
