Our client is a team of designers, architects and construction leaders in the custom building and renovation industry. With many years of experience they have completed projects such as new-builds, interior renovation as well as exterior finishings and landscaping. They have built their reputation on providing a finished product in a timely and on budget manner while achieving high customer satisfaction.

They are seeking a Service Carpenter to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

– Complete renovations in a safety and timely manner

– Meet with homeowners to determine and investigate listed deficiencies

– Complete service work such as: framing, drywall, trim installations, etc.

– Other duties assigned

Requirements:

– 4+ years of experience in renovations and service work

– Strong knowledge of repairs and trades such as drywall, painting, tiling, carpentry and basic plumbing and electrical

– High attention to detail

– Excellent oral and written communication skills

– Good customer service skills

– Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract
