Compensation:
$35.00 – $45.00/hourly

About the Company:
One of the largest independent tank manufacturing facilities in Canada. Manufacturing cargo tanks, trailers and emergency vehicles for the distribution of petroleum for over 40 years! They are looking to bring onboard an experienced Shop Supervisor to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and ability to motivate your crew
• Oversee day to day operations
• Review shop drawings
• Inspect site for any hazards
• Identify and resolve issues
• Train employees on the job and monitor performance
• Ensure Preventative Maintenance on all machines
• Perform random inspections
• Responsible for ensuring jobs are done safely, correctly, and completed on time

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Custom Aluminum and Stainless Steel Fabrication
• Must be analytical
• Well organized
• Capable of making sound decisions
