About the Company:

Our client is an established Design Build General Contractor who specializes in office and industrial construction. Operating for over 10 years, they have built a passionate and dedicated team and are looking for a Site Supervisor to join their passion for craft in today’s service.

Responsibilities:

– Adhere to Health and Safety policy and procedures and implement corrective measure

– Build long-term relationships with colleagues, consultants and key stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly

– Handle all subcontractor interactions in a professional manner

– Coordinate and oversee daily activities and ensure project accuracy and quality is met within budget and on time

– Work closely with the Project Manager and Project coordinator and operate as one team

– Provide feedback to management on all design, workmanship and sub-contractor performance and initiate suggestions for company wide improvements

Requirements:

– 5 to 10 years experience in interior and exterior construction

– Construction related degree or diploma

– Technical training in commercial and institutional (ICI) sector is an asset

– Knowledge of scheduling, project management and contract software

– Good working knowledge of construction equipment, materials, techniques and ability to read drawings and specifications

– Health and Safety training and Supervision experience is a must
