Site Supervisor – New Residential Development

Our client is a well known, highly reputable new home developer that takes great pride in their unparalleled approach to customer service, craftsmanship and quality product. Operating for over 50 years with the highest of ethical standards in the industry, they are currently developing 6 different communities across the GTA.

They are seeking a Site Supervisor to join their team.

Responsibilities:

– Oversee and supervise development of 50+ residential detached and semi-detached homes

– Coordinate and supervise trades and labourers

– Order material as per schedule

– Ensure highest quality of workmanship throughout development

– Enforce safety standards throughout jobsite

– Conduct PDI inspections and coordinate service work as required

Requirements:

– 5+ years related experience

– Extensive knowledge base of Tarion warranties and regulations

– Extensive knowledge of Ontario Building Code

– Excellent oral and written communication skills

– Basic computer skills
