About the Company:

Our client is an established company that creates display environments for large and small companies. Their work is seen in corporate showrooms, architectural exhibits and established retail brands. Their clients consist of popular brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Gucci, Shiseido, Macy’s, Proctor and Gamble, Nike, Siemens, Moen and many more.

They are seeking a Skilled Carpenter to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

– Read and interpret drawings and construct custom and high end finishings

– Work closely and take direction from Shop Foreman

– Operate appropriate tools, machinery and other equipment in a safe manner

– Completely projects in a timely and efficient manner

– Other duties assigned

Requirements:

– 5+ years of experience in finish carpentry

– Extensive knowledge of power tools, including skill saw, miter saw and jigsaw

– Ability to read and interpret construction drawings in both 2D and 3D

– Solid understanding of math and measurements

– Ability to work in a team but also independently

– Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

– Must have a wide array of experience with different complex builds
