Waterproofing Labourer

About the Company:

Our client is a large construction company specializing in residential and commercial construction. They offer services such as maintenance work , large commercial rebuilds, carpentry, residential renovation, plumbing, new build-outs, commercial renovations, waterproofing, concrete polishing, specialty projects and general contracting. Servicing the GTA they are experience such high demand and are seeking a waterproofing labourer to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Installing various waterproofing systems on residential or commercial buildings
• Assisting excavation crews or with manual digs depending on job site
• Prepping and cleaning job sites, including the ability to lift heavy pales and concrete removal
• Mixing, pouring and preparing waterproofing materials
• Interacting with home and business owners when required
• Maintaining waterproofing equipment, including machinery and trailers
• Providing clear communication to Project Managers and Management
• Performing other duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant waterproofing experience
• Driver’s License with clean drivers abstract
• Working at Heights considered an asset
• Able to take direction well
• Physically able to lift +50lbs
