About the Company:
Our client is one of the largest independent tank manufacturing facilities in Canada. Manufacturing cargo tanks, trailers and emergency vehicles for the distribution of petroleum for over 40 years! They are looking to bring onboard an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Welding aluminum with (MIG& TIG)
• Read blueprints and show drawings for custom work
• Use manual mill and lathe machines to fabricate parts
• Use machine shop tools such as brake presses, drill presses and shears to cut, bend and tap parts, experience with manual plasma torch, chop saw, hand drills and grinders.

Requirements:

• 5 – 7 years of experience as a Welder Fabricator
• CWB Ticket
• Work from blueprints and raw materials
• Candidate must be flexible working in a fast paced environment, repetitive & physically demanding tasks
• Previous experience working on custom pieces, aluminum & stainless
